Binary, also known as Takuzu or Binairo, is a pure logic grid puzzle. Fill every cell with 0 or 1 under three simple rules.

How to play

Each row and column has equal numbers of 0s and 1s.
Never more than two of the same digit in a row, in any direction.
No two rows — and no two columns — may be identical.

Strategy tips

Never three in a row: a pair of matching digits means both neighbours must flip — scan for pairs first.
Equal counts: once a row has its full quota of 0s, every remaining blank is a 1.
The no-duplicate-lines rule finishes puzzles — compare nearly-complete rows and columns.

Can two rows be identical?

No — that is one of the three rules: no duplicate rows, and no duplicate columns.

Is guessing ever needed?

No — the three rules combine to force every cell.
